Harrods CRM/Rewards program
At Harrods I regularly worked with the CRM team to create campaigns for the store’s loyalty program. With different tiers of Rewards customers there were often many messages to work into each campaign. This meant the concept needed to be attention-grabbing, and the copy, terms and conditions, and call to action extremely clear and concise.
As the below Fashion Sale Preview examples show campaign messaging often covered many channels, from DMs and emails to in-store ads.
